Hazard Management

Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation

The Company has implemented a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) that serves as the framework for managing and continuously improving safety performance. The SMS provides a structured approach to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with operations.

The Company updates the register of production risks and environmental aspects for all divisions at least once a year. Employees can report on dangers and hazardous situations around the clock via the Hotline, dispatch service, and email.

Risk management tools include key safety rules as a priority for all risk categories, investment programs for reducing industrial hazards, three-year organizational and technical measures, insurance of civil liability at hazardous facilities, and voluntary environmental liability insurance.

Preparedness

Emergency Prevention & Response

The Company maintains a system for preventing and eliminating emergency situations caused by oil and product spills, based on increasing the reliability of production equipment, timely detection and rapid response to emergencies, and minimizing losses.

Plans for liquidation of oil and product spills are updated on an ongoing basis. Contracts have been concluded with professional emergency rescue units. Volunteer emergency response teams (VERT) have been created and certified. Irreducible reserves of material resources are maintained to address emergencies at water bodies, including oil recovery facilities, booms, and bioponds.
